- 12th Original Marksheet
- Original Passport with proper scan copy of the front and back to be shared over email.

- Photograph
- Required digital photograph above the shoulder on white background. It should show a close-up of your face and the top of your shoulders so that your face takes up between 70% – 80% of the face.
- Required 6 passport-size photographs should be 35mm x 45mm in width and height over Matt paper with white background.

Documents Required For E-visa Online Application By The Embassy Of Vietnam.
- Your current passport is valid for at least 6 months from arrival.
- Your passport must have at least 2 blank pages.
- Two passport-size photographs. You can use the visa photo tool for a photo that meets the visa requirements.
- The Vietnam visa application form was completed and signed.
- If you apply in person at the Vietnamese Embassy in New Delhi , you can find the application form at their offices or website.
- Visa approval document issued by the Immigration Department of Vietnam
- Proof that you paid your Vietnam Visa application fee (payslip).
- Bank statements for the last three months
- Travel insurance is advised

The eligibility criteria for MBBS in Vietnam are as follows:
- All medical applicants from India must have completed Science Class XII. Achieve at least 50% in Physics, Chemistry, & Biology. This is mandatory for non- reserved category students.
- Students in reserved categories (SC / ST / OBC ) can apply with 40% grades in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. According to Medical Council of India (MCI) guidelines.
- The student must have qualified for NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test). It is mandatory from 2019 onwards.
- No additional entrance test or examination is required.
